Coaching
I am a coach so sometimes I forget that not everyone knows why they need one. I am not a salesperson so I will not try to sell you on why you need a coach, instead I will just tell it like it is, just like a coach would.
Everyone needs a coach including coaches. I have a coach; as a matter of fact I have several that I can turn to. A coach will simply help you get to where you want to go much quicker than trying to do it yourself. That is the important part. We all want what we want now. But, what if you don’t know how to get there? What if you are not even sure exactly what you want but you know that you want a change? What if you have a great idea and don’t know how to pull it off?
A coach can help you solve all of these questions and more. I think that the “helping” word is the key. A coach cannot solve your problems. A good coach will not tell you what to do. A great coach will help you reach the answers to your questions. A great coach guides you. They have the experience, they know what they are doing, but they are not going to tell you the answers. Telling you the answers does not really help you in the end. Telling you an answer only solves that specific problem and only momentarily. Find a coach that will be your guide, they will not let you come up with the wrong answer, only the best answers. By doing so you will continue your success long after your coach is gone.

One Last Note:
Personal and business coaching is a growing industry. Due to this there are a lot of people who are just “showing up” and really don’t have the training. On the other hand there are a lot of “training” sites and companies out there that really don’t have the results that are needed. So what does this mean? It means choose your coaches wisely. There are a lot of really great coaches out there, make sure yours is one of them before you make the decision.
