Who am I?

Teacher/Coach — Scientist/Philosopher — Athlete/Student

Teacher/Coach

- I am happiest when I am teaching, coaching, and in general helping others. As a teacher I give complex information in a simple and easy to understand way. That is what I am truly talented at. As a coach I am great at giving reason to learn, motivation to perform, and techniques that make both easier and more enjoyable.

Scientist/Philosopher

- I am always looking at things in a scientific way, breaking them down and trying to figure out how they work. The philosopher part comes in when I am trying to figure out how people and the brain works. I also believe that most religions and believes are correct at the core. I believe that priests and scientists are both working on the same problems just looking at it from two different perspectives.

Athlete/Student

-I am always learning. I am learning how to use my brain, my body, and my given talents to the best of may ability. I am always reading books, attending lectures, and working out my brain. I am also always training my body. I feel good at the end of the day when I have both a tired body and a tired mind.

Set School Record for Middle Distance Relay at Traverse City High School 1991 (has since been broken), Vice President Physics Club NMU, Campus Tour Leader NMU, Founding Father Phi Kappa Tau chapter Gamma Delta NMU, Secretary/Treasurer of Phi Kappa Tau chapter Gamma Delta NMU, Northern Michigan University Broom Ball Champion, Resident Advisor Mountain House Van Antwerp Hall NMU, Never Missed the Playoffs in my football career both as a player and coach, Two time club champion at Bay Meadows Golf Course, Raised Algebra I Tennessee Gateway scores from 56% the year before I arrived to over 86% pass rate in 4 years, Antioch Freshman Academy Math Coordinator, Antioch Freshman Academy Pilot Program teacher by invitation, shot 94-74 in Traverse City Amateur Tournament (Big accomplishment not to quit and go 20 shots lower, worst to one of the best scores for the second day). Participated in the Chang Hung Kung-Fu competition in Taipei Taiwan after 14 training sessions, Coordinated Christmas Play at Long-An Jump Start in Taipei Taiwan
