Thanks for the mention Kip. And, official launch date is June 1st! But, as you know... it's starting to see some traffic now... which I'm ok with!

Thanks for the comment Brian.

ATTENTION: if you have not read Brian's stuff yet he is quite an authority when it comes to making money online. Check out his new site Site Flip University (http://www.siteflipu.com). I have spent most of the last day reading every post. Great information (and I don't even think that it is officially launched yet).

Thanks.

That's right on the money. I never went to college. The reason? Robert Kiyosaki and his "Rich Dad Poor Dad" phenomenon... I hesitate to call it "just a book".

I read it my senior year, and I realized if I was ever going to be TRULY wealthy, I'd have to increase my financial IQ, and that wasn't something that I was going to learn in a school.

I'm happy to report that I'm on pace to make $130k this year flipping websites. Take that 4 year college grads! I could be still working on paying off student loans!!!

And for those of you that disagree with Robert Kiyosaki's thoughts... how many of you knew how to balance a checkbook before you graduated high school? Anyone know about a general ledger? How about interest rates, apr, apy, and compounding? A simple course in high school could have saved our housing market!
